Upon ordering, the total amount will be deducted in USD. Your bank might impose extra fees for international transactions. Yes, you may return your order if the items are unopened and undamaged. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us promptly at info@glowandskin.com to start the process. Customer bears all return expenses.

Regrettably, we are unable to offer exchanges. You will need to return your order and place a new one.

We provide a 1 year warranty for our Glow Smart Microneedling Pen and LED Light Therapy Mask. In the unlikely event that an issue arises with your Microneedling Pen or LED Light Therapy Mask, cease use immediately and reach out to us at info@glowandskin.com. Kindly detail the problem and include a video demonstrating the issue for better assistance.

Upon receipt of detailed information, further instructions will be provided with the aim of resolving all issues promptly.

Shipping

Global shipping, except to banned countries. Ensure clearance by checking import rules with your customs, and we'll supply the necessary documents.

Shipping costs are determined pre-checkout based on parcel weight and destination. Note: This total excludes duty fees or extra import charges.

International orders may incur customs and duty fees set by the importing country. We cannot predict or anticipate if you will encounter such charges. The importing country determines duties based on the product's value. Expect direct contact from customs or the courier if any payments are required for customs and duties.

Typically, products are shipped 1-2 business days post payment receipt. Following shipment, a confirmation with tracking details will be emailed to you.

In the US, our ground shipping usually takes 2-4 days, while air shipping offers next-day delivery. International orders are shipped express and may take 2-3 days to reach the destination country.
