What is your return policy?

Eligible returns of products purchased through our website must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, with 30 days from the date of delivery.

All items must be in original condition and original unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used or damaged will not be accepted.

Returned products must meet the requirements in order to be accepted for a refund, no exceptions will be accepted.

How can I return a product I purchased online?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please follow the return instructions below;

  • Email and request a return number and return address.
  • Pack the product(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
  • Include the invoice received and return number in your shipping confirmation.
  • Note the product(s) you are returning along with the reason for return.
  • Returned shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend sending via recorded delivery with tracking number. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Once received in our warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

The refund will be processed approximately 7-10 business days after receiving returned product(s). Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

How do I exchange an item I purchased online?

We cannot offer exchanges for returned products. We recommend you return the item you wish to exchange for a refund following the applicable terms and conditions listed in our return policy and place a new order online.

Will I be charged tax?

Orders delivered within the USA will be subject to VAT. Should we be shipping your order outside of USA you will not be charged VAT on checkout but you will be responsible for any customs duties and VAT by the receiving country.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders for products available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns and exchange section.

Pre-orders and back-orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us.


Warranty & Care

Do you offer warranties?

We offer 1 year warranty for electrical items, valid from date of purchase. The warranty covers any fault arising from defective parts or a manufacturing defect. It does not under any circumstance cover any damages or faults caused by accident, inappropriate use or negligence, or damage caused by normal wear.
