LED LIGHT MASK WARRANTY TERMS

1. Warranty Coverage This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the LED Light Mask purchased from an authorized distributor or retailer. It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 12 months, unless specified otherwise in writing. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

3. What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the Mask and Control.

  • Battery Remote and charging malfunctions not caused by misuse.

  • Internal electronic failures due to normal usage.

  • In the event of malfunction or Product defect under normal use by Purchaser (normal use to include solely use of the Product under the manufacturer’s guidelines), the manufacturer will repair it free of charge during the warranty period.

  • Any defective parts or Goods will be replaced, with the warranty extending to the replacement parts or Goods.

  • The Seller will use reasonable efforts to repair or replace the Goods or parts thereof within 7-14 Business Days.

4. What is Not Covered

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.

  • Damage caused by using unauthorized or incompatible accessories.

  • Accidental damage, water damage, or exposure to extreme conditions.

  • If the customer takes the mask apart, the warranty is voided. We will not send out replacement parts if the mask has been taken apart without our knowledge and before troubleshooting with the mask has occurred.

  • Damages (defaults) prescribed below are NOT to be covered by warranty: (i) Users faults by lack of care; (ii) Unauthorized electric currency connection defaults; (iii) Faults by the user’s own intention of dismantle repairs; (iv) Damages caused by natural disaster (such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning). Any damaged/scratched parts (mask and remote) are not covered under the warranty and will be charged accordingly.

  • Warranty is void if: (a) Modifications, repairs, or unauthorized work are carried out by anyone other than the Seller or its authorized agents. (b) The Goods are not maintained or operated in accordance with the Seller’s instructions or training. (c) The Goods are misused, including but not limited to use in abnormal conditions, negligent handling, or improper operation. (d) The defect is due to normal wear and tear, willful damage, or negligence. (e) The Goods have been resold by the Buyer.

  • This Limited Warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. This includes any damage incurred after delivery, attempts to alter the product, or if the product has been dropped or broken.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@glowandskin.com.

  • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

  • When instructed, return the defective product in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging, including the connection cable(s).

  • The Buyer agrees to notify the Seller of any defects within 14 days of discovering them. This notification is a precondition for any repair or replacement by the Seller.

  • Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

  • The purchaser is responsible for paying the return shipping cost of the LED Light Therapy Mask to the supplier. If the item is covered under warranty after inspection and a replacement or repair is offered, the supplier will pay for the item to be returned back to the purchaser.

6. Warranty Resolution Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product.

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent value.

  • Issue a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.

7. Parts Replacement Cost If a repair is needed outside the warranty coverage, the following replacement costs apply:

  • Battery Remote (1): $25 – $30

  • Mask: $50 – $60

  • Power Cord: $20 – $25 (not covered under warranty)

8. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided for the LED Light Mask.

  • We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

  • The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from improper use.

  • The Seller retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes unauthorized work, modification, repair, abnormal conditions, negligent handling, or operation.

  • The Buyer acknowledges that representations not explicitly made by the Seller or its authorized agents, including those on the Seller’s website or promotional material, are illustrative and not contractual. Such representations will not constitute grounds for any remedy.


MICRONEEDLING PEN WARRANTY TERMS

1. Warranty Coverage This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the microneedling pen purchased from an authorized distributor or retailer. It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 24 months, unless specified otherwise in writing. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

3. What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the pen body.

  • Battery and charging malfunctions not caused by misuse.

  • Internal electronic failures due to normal usage.

  • In the event of malfunction or Product defect under normal use by Purchaser (normal use to include solely use of the Product under the manufacturer’s guidelines), the manufacturer will repair it free of charge during the warranty period.

  • Any defective parts or Goods will be replaced, with the warranty extending to the replacement parts or Goods.

(f) Trademarks, serial tags, product stickers have been removed, altered, or tampered with.

  • This Limited Warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. This includes any damage incurred after delivery, attempts to alter the product, or if the product has been dropped or broken.

  • Purchaser must be trained in the use of microneedling pens and hold a certificate to be covered and to ensure proper use of the microneedling pen during treatment.
